Apricot kernels, like most nuts and seeds, are very nutritious. Among the nutrients they contain is Amygdalin which is commonly known as vitamin B17. They also contain iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin E and dietary fiber.
What do we mean by "Raw & Natural"?
Our Certified Organic Apricot Kernels are not processed, nor are they steamed or baked so they can retain all of their nutritional value.
‘Raw’ means that they are Naturally Dried (not sun dried) Apricot Kernels.
‘Natural’ means that there are no chemicals or pesticides used in the growing or preparing of this product.
